Most orders can take between 2-5 business days to be processed, in some cases, orders are processed and shipped the same-day! Once your orders have been processed and shipped, We Can Not Cancel your order. You must first await for your order to be delivered, and then proceed with a return. Once we have received your purchased goods, we will initiate an inspection of the goods, to assure they are in good conditions; New, unworn, not washed, tags still on, in it's original packages. We will then proceed with a full refund, which may take up to 14 business days to appear on your account. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
